Connection Skills are Social Skills that increase the Loyalty Point rewards you obtain from completing missions - one skill can be trained for each division for up to 50% increased LP rewards.

The number of agent divisions and Connection skills has been greatly reduced since the introduction of Incursion 1.5. Mission types and percentages were taken from this Dev Blog.
