Attacking Convoys

Almost everyone has seen the streams of NPC ships leaving and arriving at stations with names like "Trailer", "Hauler", and "Carrier"(among others). Usually you see these most often in high sec in systems 0.7 security and below.

You can kill them! And loot their radiation blasted carcasses for fun and profit. OK, not much profit, but for fun anyway.

Rather than repeat everything here, I will point you to an excellent Eve Wiki article on this subject complete with explanations and examples. Note that you can easily get yourself Concord'ed by doing this incorrectly and you will take pretty drastic standings hits with the originating NPC corporation(ie, the corporation that owns the station that the convoy departed from, NOT the destination). You will not take hits on faction standing, just corp standing.
