Conga
From UniWiki
Dancing a conga in Eve is fun, easy and about the least skill-intensive activity in Eve.
Basic Conga
1) Have as many people as possible in a fleet, in frigates. Frigates should be PVP fitted (including an Afterburner for Extreme Conga) for in case something happens. Everyone should be logged in on Mumble.
2) The FC finds a location (preferably in a populated system, so people can watch you dance).
3) After the fleet warps to the FC, the FC puts a can about 40 km away from the fleet and then returns to the fleet.
4) Everyone should set the default "Keep Distance To" to 2000 meters. Your ships speed should not be set manually.
5) See who is listed above you in the "Fleet Chat" window. Now look for that name in your overview (Fleet Mates tab) and click "Keep Distance To".
6) There is no rule #6.
7) The FC will now orbit/spiral the can, or even try to make some funky patterns in the sky by maneuvering manually.
8) Regularly check if you are still following the right person, as it often happens people start wondering off, disrupting the conga line.
9) Sit back, relax and enjoy the conga!
Extreme Conga
Just add the following steps:
10) When the conga has formed, the FC gives the order to put on your Afterburners.
11) Sit back, relax and try not to get dizzy.
