How to Make a Deep Safe Spot

In high sec

Get a ships that has a high warp speed and a low agility.

  1. Find a good long warp distance
  2. Align to the celestial
  3. Initiate warp
  4. At the distance that is double your warp speed (for a basic frig that would be 12 AU's away from the object) CRTL-Q (force quit)

Now, at this point you want to log back into the character as soon as possible. The best way to do this is to have a second instance of eve open, with your username and password already in.

Log back into the character, make a bookmark as soon as possible.

In low sec

Same idea but use a covops frig

The bookmark

That bookmark you have made is 20-40 Au past your destination. If you warp back to your original starting point and do the process all over with your bookmark as the ending point, and so on and so on. You will get a string of bookmarks that head farther and farther out from the core system.

Ideally your deep safe should be at least 250 AU. This takes time, but is well worth it.
