Incursion Changes
From UniWiki
Need an EVE picture from the xpack here. Lots of changes landed, most in the middle of January 2011, but some were released early (or some were delayed, depending on how you look at it)

Planetary Interaction
Changes here mainly consisted of Extractors going from individual stations to control units with 1-10 "Extractor Heads" meant to reduce the clickiness of PI by concentrating extraction into fewer objects. Changes will be listed here and the Planetary Interaction pages updated after launch
Old extractors only took 800 PG and 200 CPU. New control units are 2,800 PG and 400 CPU, but each Extractor Head costs an additional 552 PG and 110 CPU for a max cost of 8,320 PG + 1,500 CPU! The control unit can be set to extract from the heads in a smaller or larger radius, impacting the duration of the deposit and total extracted units in increments of 1/2 hours for the full program. When setting up the extraction program, you can change the resource being extracted as well as the radius and number of extraction heads. The new system will also allow you to stop extraction midway through the program, meaning you can set a schedule up for a slightly longer period than you might need if going out for a while and then return it to running shorter, more efficient cycles when you have time again.
Command centers no longer come in different sizes, instead you upgrade them on the planet. With a CC upgraded to level 5 (old "Advanced" CC) you can only fit two full Extractors - however they can produce vastly more than a single old style Extractor. Exactly how to best use the new system will likely balance extractor control units and heads per unit. Finally they are ever so slightly cheaper, with 10k ISK being saved over the first upgrade from Basic to Limited sized Command Centers.

Miscellaneous
- New route planner graphic: When you setup a route in the autopilot, and exit map mode you now get a multi-line graphic showing the security status of the systems you will be going through. (Previously, it would fall off the end of the display if you planned a route more than a certain distance. Now you get an overview of the sec stat of all the systems in your 60 jump route.)
