An abbreviation for "Squad Commander Certified".
You will need to have been through the squad commander class as well as having trained the following skills:
Leadership to level 5 and All leadership boosts to level 3 (miniumum - more is always better)
The leadership boosts are: Armored Warfare, Information Warfare, Siege Warfare, Skirmish Warfare
