Overview
Learning skills reduce the training time for other skills by increasing your attributes. There are a variety of considerations in training these skills which are discussed as part of the Skills and Learning - Specific Training Strategies.
Note: CCP announced that the learning skills will be removed from the game and replaced by +12 base points per attribute. Read the dev blog for the details.
