New Eden is a big place. Really big. And you won't find helpful signs that say things like: "This way to the trade hub" or "Short cut to Aldrat" or "Don't go here unless you want to die!" Instead, pilots must learn the "lay of the land" over time, and hope they don't take any wrong turns.

This course is designed to help new capsuleers understand the basic topology of New Eden, how to read the in-game map, where the major navigational routes are set, and how to get where you want to go with minimized danger. We'll cover the basic structure of the EVE universe, including important locations of key factions and player-run alliances. And we'll introduce you to some invaluable tools and links to assist you with travel and navigation.

After this course, New Eden won't seem quite as big and scary, and you'll be able to travel with more confidence.
