Mission briefing
I have terrible news, <player>. A major personnel convoy carrying countless Servant Sisters of EVE members was completely obliterated by Cartel ships, led by that damned commander of theirs, Hoborak Moon. His reputation as a brutal Cartel military leader has traveled far and wide these past few years, and it's time to put an end to his miserable existence. I want you to be the bringer of our vengeance, <player>. Strike him down like the dog he is. When his battleship has been turned to dust, then you shall receive your reward.

Pocket 1

The rats are in four groups, of which the closest sometimes aggros, but sometimes you land far enough that you can aggro one at a time. The furthest group is the hardest to tank both in this room and the whole mission.

Group 1, 10-25km (auto-aggro)

Pocket 3

Group 1, 2km (auto-aggro)

Hoborak Moon does a nasty amount of EM damage with Mjolnir Torpedoes. The Webifiers/Vipers should be a high priority target if you rely on speed tanking, since the webbing will allow Hoborak to apply his main damage to you much more easily. His resist profile is also modestly stronger than most Angel ships of his size (Weakest Explosive, 50%, Strongest EM 80%), and he repairs shield faster. 400+ sustained DPS in Explosive damage should be enough to crack his tank at a reasonable pace.

Group 2, 50km

Group 3, 60km

Mission is complete once all ships are dead. Battlestation in the final room drops worthless loot, mostly ammo.

Notes

The BS/C are tanked well, and moon is the hardest to take down.
This mission is somewhat easy, but it may take 30 minutes for the perfect ship. But consider it an hour and half to 2 hours.
With an 1100 DPS Tengu, I was able to complete the mission in ~25 minutes
You may get 20mil in bounties
