One of the Madcats will stay behind. Killing it can trigger escalation. Attacking it triggers first spawn.

The Madcat is difficult to kill, uses MWD and has active shield and armor rep and small signature (~500 DPS HM Tengu was not able to kill it (possible if you manage to keep it at range (pressing E all the time) - the wreck was empty!)).

If you are unable to kill the Madcat he will eventually warp away.

A group of Serpentis ships (named Guardian Angels) spawn to defend the Madcat. Each pair of Guardian Angel ships will spawn a new reinforcement wave. Last ship killed will trigger Spawn 2.

Scarcity Update: This site, like other cosmic signatures, contains ore.
* As of 1st March 2021 the site contains large amounts of Hedbergite & Hemorphite, with smaller amounts of Omber, Kernite and ores found in high sec. The ore spans a crescent shape of 120km across and is therefore impossible to scan with a single survey. It was estimated on approximately a third of the belt scanned that ISK value at current prices would be 2.5-3b. Note that if the site is left by all players it may despawn, but leaving one player at all times within the site will retain it in space for mining.
* As of 3rd March 2021 the only asteroids showing on overview at the site were Scordite and Veldspar. Very disappointing.
* As of 15th of October 2021 the site, once again, contains only large amounts of Scordite and Veldspar.
}}

Despite the warnings, leaving the site, reshipping and finishing it was possible. This was done in a timeframe of about 45 minutes, without killing any ships except the Madcats. It is possible that the Reinforcement Wave only spawns after the destruction of particular NPC ships, more testing is needed.

Killing the three madcats frigates unlocks the container. This container can contain multiple Coreli A-typ DED modules.

The Madcat frigates have very high passive shield regeneration (150 HP/s), active armor tank and MWD. The stats for the Madcat can be found here. Kinetic damage is best against their shields, the armor has 90% omni resist with full (800HP) repair every 10 seconds. This means you need to do at least 950 dps or do enough volley damage to punch through the armor. Damage application is also an issue against their small signature radius (48m). This stage is best attempted with some friends, either a small group of high DPS frigates (to avoid most of the room damage) or some cruiser sized ships and up with application (TP/web) and / or logi support. High alpha snipers with application support can also work, in which case a fast / tanky frigate buddy is recommended to pick up the loot.

Strategy 2: Done in a Rupture with Kin/Therm Armor Hardeners, Armor repairer, web (to slow the cats) and 4 425 mm cannon II with barrage ammo. Warped in, bookmarked, warped out. Warped at 100km from the bookmark, bookmarked again, warped out. Warped 100k from bookmark. This should be enough distance to avoid most damage, specially from the towers, but I'd suggest more distance, a third bookmart to be at 300km from the towers would be better.

At this distance, pick a direction (preferably keeping distance from main group of enemies) and wait the madcats to reach you. Just send all firepower, including drones and ensure you are webing the target, they may lose the web sometimes so be sure to web again as soon as they get in range. It took about 15 mins to kill the three, is a matter of time until you get the right volleys and breach their armour, my rupture had 280 dps.

Once the mad cats are destroyed, as you are hundreds of km away from the lootbox, you can warp at 0 from it, quickly loot it and warp away without killing any other ships
}}

}}

Serpentis Watch is an Unrated Complex which can be found in Hi-sec through exploration. The biggest ships in this site are two battlecruisers, one in each pocket. Serpentis rats weakest resistance is against thermal damage and they on average deal 55% thermal damage and 45% kinetic damage. If using a drone boat, set drones to passive and focus fire so they won't accidentally shoot the trigger ship and spawn the next wave, overwhelming you.
|So you want to fly for the Guristas? Welcome aboard, egger. You get to do some rookie stuff.
We've leaked information on the location of a particularly rich group of asteroids within Venal. We expect a Minedrill expedition to show up soon, and we want someone to be there to greet them. You can expect their expedition to be made up of several combat escorts and an industrial.
Take out the industrial and grab its crew. Knowing Minedrill, this'll just be a research team – they need to test the rocks first before sending in those expensive barges. But once we have their people, we can mine their personnel for any intelligence on future ops.
If you haven't picked up on this already, we're a cautious bunch. We like to make sure whatever op we run goes off right. |Good thing you're still about, we'll need you again for this one.

The Republic University guys had a look over the document and it has what they're after: directions. There's a mention in one of the sections of an old Nefantar bloodline, and where they buried their dead. I'm told they're important because of some old folktale about how they buried a special type of Khumaak with one of their leaders. Pretty odd stuff, but also kinda interesting.

They're on a myth-busting mission, though, that's the thing. There is no actual Khumaak, just a bunch of old Ammatar bones, probably. Still, you go there, check it out, and then they can say in their report that the area was inspected by a capsuleer and turned up nothing. They put that together with the proof in this old book that you inspected the right area and, I dunno, write an essay about how clever they are. The important thing for me was just getting our own history back, and that's what you should remember too.

So anyways, you feel like digging up some graves? The coordinates will be 2.5m in collateral, to cover associated risks yet again. If for some crazy reason there is actually a unique Khumaak out there, it belongs in a museum, not your cargo bay. 2.5m ISK would buy a lot of museums, you see. Whatever way it goes, our history won't lose out again.

----

The Ammatar – Past and Present

The Ammatars are descendants of Minmatar that collaborated with the Amarrians during the latter occupation of the Minmatar worlds. When the Amarrians were thrown out during the Minmatar Rebellion their collaborators fled with them. The Amarrians helped their Minmatar allies to settle in a few systems not far from the newly formed Minmatar Republic. The Ammatars regard themselves as the true rulers of the Minmatars, mainly based around the fact that a fair proportion of the old Minmatar aristocracy, or tribal leaders, were among them. In this vein they named their domain San Matar, meaning ‘true home'.

The term Ammatar was first used by the Gallenteans to distinguish between the two groups. Out of convenience even the Ammatars themselves started using it, stating that, with the help of the Amarrians, they had progressed beyond the old social structure of the Minmatar tribes. Indeed, the Ammatars have very deliberately abolished many age-old traditions of the Minmatar tribal society and embraced some Amarrian ones instead.

In the months following the Elder War of YC110, the Ammatar Mandate was beset with turmoil and uncertainty. During the war, its lucrative tsula plantations -- the Mandate's largest export crop and arguably the backbone of its economy -- were systematically destroyed by Chamberlain Karsoth's forces in retaliation for the Mandate government's harboring of Starkmanir Minmatar tribesmen, a clan lineage long-since thought extinct. After Empress Jamyl I rose to power in the Amarr Empire, however, appointing Royal Heir Yonis Ardishapur as Ammatar's savior and protector, the nation has entered into something of a renaissance. Aid now flows in a steady stream from the Empire's coffers, command hierarchies are being reinforced and morale is on the rise. It appears the star of Ammatar will soon shine bright once more.

You are sent out to investigate an ancient burial site.

Single ungated semi-deadspace where you can warp freely if you are inside but all warps from outside land you at same warpin point. Initially the pocket contains only Angel Cartel ships and it is recommended that you don't change that. If you destroy the battlecruiosers few very strong Amarr elite battleships will join the fight and you don't want that to happen. The elite battleships are not a laughing matter and they will easily overpower unprepared T1 battleship.

Create a mid warp bookmark as you land to the site. Warp to this bookmark and then warp to the central burial tomb. Grab the Khumaak and warp out. Kill the elite frigate to remove warp disruption and thin out the elite cruisers to reduce damage. You can also pull the elite frigate away from the container to avoid getting pointed when you grab the item.

If you insist on clearing:
* Jump to 50-100km range, depending on your fit.
* Destroy the EWAR Frigates first to help avoid high DPS!
* Jump out and switch resistance modules upon new spawn.
* Battlestation has large amount of Damage Points and drops no loot.

Blitz: Ignore the incoming damage and go straight to the container and loot it. Warp out.

*The mission flags as complete when you get within range of the container, but you *MUST* loot the Wildfire Khumaak as it is needed for the next mission.*
Serpentis Narcotic Warehouses is a DED Rated combat site belonging to the Serpentis Corporation pirate faction. It can be found via exploration by scanning signatures in high security and low security systems or by getting escalation from Serpentis Refuge. Cruisers (and their Tech 2 equivalents) are the maximum ship class allowed to enter the site. Completing this complex may award the player with valuable Coreli A-type and Shadow Serpentis faction modules, as well as a Daredevil blueprint copy.
The complex also acts as a temporary storage area for the corporation's traffic of illicit substances. While the entrance check-in sectors of the complex are not known to be heavily guarded, certain sections house experienced security staff using top-of-the-line equipment funded by the Serpentis Corporation's income from illegal activity.

Walkthrough
The Serpentis Narcotic warehouse consists of total of five deadspace pockets. Due to branched nature only four of them need to be entered to get the final reward.
Two acceleration gates give way to two different routes inside the complex, one leading to the check-in tunnel and the other to the more heavily defended security corridor.
Fastest way through this room is to use Traffic Management Passkey to jump into security corridor ignoring all the rats in the room. If you do not have the passkey already it can be looted from the traffic managment structure. The passkey is not consumed.
The Serpentis Narcotic warehouse consists of total of five deadspace pockets. Due to branched nature only four of them need to be entered to get the final reward.
Loot
The main attraction of this site are the Coreli A-Type modules. They are the strongest modules of their size and this is seen in the price. Occasional Daredevil BPC is nice bonus.

It is also possible to get faction modules from the overseers but this is very rare.
{{MissionBriefing
|We've had analysts from the Krusual and Thukker tribes going over the documents you recovered from our agent's private compound. They've made one more promising discovery so far which we want you to follow up.

They found a recent communication from our source inside the Ammatar Consulate. It seems she sent a package of information on the Wildfire Khumaak to the system of Jark for pickup not long ago. Our guess is that due to the sensitivity of the information and the amount of attention it's attracting, our asset in the Consulate could only get it to the border, not across. This could play in our favor though. Due to its location in the San Matar constellation – the heartlands of Ammatar space - there's a good chance our agent didn't make it out there yet. We have to be careful where our operatives are seen sometimes.

The drop-off location inside Jark is a complex known as Tili's Red Light Palace. Initial intelligence is that it's just another merc RRdive, nothing special. Once you have arrived to the area we'll forward the exact location of the cargo.

Speaking of which, I trust I needn't remind you how important those documents could be, or indeed, how sensitive. Proceed with caution, do not take any risks.
Single ungated pocket. The enemies spawn as you approach Tili's brothel

Tips
* The initial spawn is right on top of you. You may want to trigger it with shuttle/corvette and then warp in at range with your combat ship.
* Mercenary cruisers deal EM/TH while the battleships deal KIN/TH.
* Mercenary ships spawn at 20km range after 1x Encrypted Transmission (0.1 m3) is removed from Tili's Brothel.
* Recommend short range heavy weapons for Battleships, long range light weapons or Drones for Cruisers and Frigates.
* Mercenary wingmen have very low chance to use warp disruptors but they always web.

Blitz: Mission completes after last Battleship is killed. Blitzing will require you burn through all the BS's. Kill frigates if necessary to warp out.
{{MissionBriefing
|Now that we're past the small talk perhaps you're ready for some proper work. I guess we'll see.

There's this Gallentean guy, a historian named Aillon Boufin…yeah, I know. The story is that he's been studying Minmatar history for years now, and as you'd expect, he's come across a whole shipload of information and documents in that time. Apparently he has one of the largest unofficial collections of documents and artifacts from our earlier days. We're talking real old here, <Character>, some of it - going back to when it was just us, alone against the Amarr.

Now, I'm told that normally whenever we want to look at something of his, there aren't too many problems. Recently however, when some of our academics from the Republic University asked to see a particular document known as the Hauteker Memoirs, they were denied. Since that time, they have bent over backwards for this guy. They have even tried to buy it back - this document that Matari people wrote, this document that belongs to us. They have tried that repeatedly, raising and raising the price and yet each of these times more refusals.

This is when things got ugly. Boufin recently made a statement to the University, saying he is only trying to “preserve Minmatar heritage”. After that insult, they called us in. The implication that RU staff would somehow endanger our own history by simply studying a document...it's almost like he was trying to piss us all off.

Well, the insults stop here. The Brutor tribe has arrived, and with a capsuleer to back their word on the matter no less. It has been decided by the tribe that the return of this document to Matari hands represents a higher priority than staying on good terms with some overprotective historian, Gallente or not. You will see to this. And before you go jumping in, there is a 5m ISK collateral to cover associated risks. The tribe is not willing to risk our own property falling into foreign hands again. Perhaps you can see why we're looking to hire an egger? With that kind of money it's not really an option.

----

Rising Tensions

For many citizens of the Minmatar Republic, the friendship with the Gallente Federation has been a costly one. Some view the recent abandonment of the parliamentary system as the most potent symbol yet that the Federation's influence hasn't always been to their benefit. Indeed, there are some Matari who view the return to a Tribal Republic as the last necessary step out from under the shadow of foreign empires. Whatever the claims may be, few deny that the relationship still has some fundamental challenges to overcome.
Single ungated semi-deadspace poicket. All warps from outside will land you to the warpin point but you can warp freely inside the pocket. You should create a midwawrp bookmark few hundred kilometers away from the warpin point for bouncing.

When you arrive only Ailon Boufin and an container are present. As soon as you damage him first reinfocement arrives. Second reinfocement will arrive when Ailon Boufin takes armor damage.

Once Ailon Boufin dies he will drop an passkey. Place the passkey in the container labeled "Archives" to spawn another container that has the mission item, Hauteker Memoirs, in it.

Warning: A large amount of NPC Remote Repair happens in this mission. If you can't put enough DPS onto an Elite Frigate to instapop it, it will instantly repair all damage so focus on the easier-to-kill ships first, like the Cruisers. After the other NPC's are destroyed, nothing can remote repair the Elite Frigates which can then be easily destroyed with Combat Drones

Blitz: Kill Hauteker Memoirs and elite frigates. Bounce from a bookmark that is inside the mission pocket to land on the Hauteker Memoirs' wreck. Bounche again to land on the container. Place passkey in container, grab Hauteker Memoirs and return to agent.
|A visitor, and a capsuleer no less. I can tell my day is about to get more interesting.

Hello <Character>. I'm guessing you flew out here because you heard I was handing out work, right? Well, I do have something for you. Nothing amazingly difficult and nothing someone without a pod could handle easily, either. If you can pull this off, we can see about maybe getting you in on some other things. Maybe.

We Matari are known for our ingenuity. Civilization owes us a great debt, and the Amarr owe it twice over. Before they came, we were by far the most advanced nation; our technological achievements were regarded with envy by the rest of the cluster. You eggers know a lot, but did you know that?

Well, regardless of history, and regardless of your race, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of this if you want to work with us. Prove your resourcefulness by bringing me an Olfei Medallion. You will have to explore as only a capsuleer can and find one somewhere in the Sveipar constellation, near our homeworld Pator. Of course, some other egger can milk your wallet in exchange for doing the thinking and grunt work for you. That works too. Whether you scan it down inside an Angel Cartel fortress, or buy it for 2 ISK on the market - I don't really care. Results are what matter most.

You'll go far with me if you keep that in mind.
Former Selves

The fortunes of the Minmatar have ebbed and flowed continuously. At one time they had a flourishing empire with a level of mechanical excellence never before or since seen anywhere. Later, however, they had to endure centuries of enslavement, toiling and dying for the benefit of foreign masters. Today most of them have regained their freedom, but the legacy of their enslavement has been the diaspora of the race.
Arsten Takalo is the starting agent for Minmatar Epic arc. He is located in system of Frarn at celestial beacon "Brutor Tribe Community Area". In there he sits in his Tempest Fleet Issue. Before you get to do the real work you need to prove your resourcefulness. The agent wants you to find an Olfei medal from somewhere near Pator. The Medallion is located within a Cosmic Anomaly site called "A Demonstration" located somewhere within the Sveipar Constellation.

Bliz: Purchasae 1x Olfei Medallion from contracts or regional market and bring it to the agent

A Demonstration
A Demonstration is a combat anomaly found in constellation of Sveipar. Multiple anomalies of this type exist at once. No need for probe launcher as cosmic anomalies are always visible.

The site contains three hackable containers that require relic analyzer, but in order to loot the containers all the defenders must be destroyed. Each container holds 1x Olfei Medallion (0.1 m3). Only one Olfei Medallion is needed to complete mission. Multiple anomalies exist at once spread around the constellation.
Single ungated pocket. You can warp in at preferred distance.

Reinforcements arrive when you attack Kruul and when the pleasure garden takes armor and hull damage.

Important note: The Damsel may appear in the cargo hold of the ship that got the last hit of the Pleasure Garden. This should be noted if you are running this mission in fleets.
(There are conflicting information as to how the Damsel spawns. Some says it spawns in a container that you have to loot or it spawns in a cargo hold. This should be tested)

Notable loot: Kruul drops just some DNA. Zor drops Zbikoki's Hacker Card that allows you to skip the first room in Worlds Collide missions. Zor also drops an implant that is usually cheap but can be valuable if you are lucky. The gardens drop commodities such as tourists and tobacco.

Blitz: Destroy Kruul's Pleasure Garden (the one further away from warpin), unlike the Level 3 version, there is no need to loot the canister as the Damsel will appear in your cargo hold. After that, return to agent. The incoming DPS is very high if all waves are triggered.
Single gated pocket. At warp-in, you will see Group 4. Four other groups will spawn several seconds later.
The spawn order is Group 2, Group 1, Group 3 and finally Group 5.

It is recommended that you do not move your ship. The proximity aggro bubble for Group 4 is about 80km and you may get aggroed EITHER during warp-in or if you move towards it.

Group 1 will auto-aggro immediately.
Groups 2, 3, 4 & 5 will remain neutral until attacked or aggroed via proximity.

Warning
* The two Loyal elite frigates in Group 1 will frequently warp scramble you in under 20 secs.
* Proximity aggro is a major factor in this mission. Please be aware that you can aggro a neutral group by just moving into its aggro bubble.

Aggro Notes:
* Attacking Group 1 does not aggro any other groups. You can safely deploy drones to attack this group.
* Attacking Group 2 aggros Group 3 (and vice versa). You can safely deploy drones after the pair have been aggroed.
* Attacking Group 4 aggros Group 5 (attacking Group 5 didn't aggro group 4). You can safely deploy drones after the pair have been aggroed.
* Group 4 may aggro drones if they get too close to that group.

Tips:

* Be absolutely careful not to move towards the neutral groups. Move away from them to minimize setting off the proximity aggro
* Recommended order of elimination: Group 1, Group 5 & Group 4, finally Group 2 & Group 3.
* Mission is flagged completed when ALL ships in Group 5 are killed.

Blitz:Destroy all ships from Group 5 and warp out. Kill warp disruptor if needed.

Ships ordered by distance. Not by spawn order. Ships spawn one group at a time over several seconds after you warp in.
