I think the scan strength required to scan down superior sleeper cache has changed.
With perfect scan (all scan skills V plus covops V) , in a covops, using T2 launcher/sisters core scanner probes/a scan rangefinding array II (no rigs), for a mouseover scan strength of 125 points, I could get the superior to 97.4 %. I have done a bunch of scanning, checked my results, I can't find anything I'm doing wrong so I think it has been changed. Pics: probe strength scan outcome Can someone confirm with similar parameters?
