For Level 1 and Level 2 missions, they can be easily accomplished in T1 Exploration Frigates, which come with a goodly cargo hold and are fairly quick to warp.
Level 1 and Level 2
* isis amarrMagnate: Base capacity: 400m3, Base Time to Warp: 5.65s, Base Warp Speed: 5AU/s
These can be easily accomplished in T1 Exploration Frigates, which come with a goodly cargo hold and are fairly quick to warp.
* isis caldariHeron: Base capacity: 400m3, Base Time to Warp: 5.69s, Base Warp Speed: 5AU/s

* isis gallenteImicus: Base capacity: 400m3, Base Time to Warp: 5.79s, Base Warp Speed: 5AU/s
You will need to invest in an Expanded Cargohold module to bring your capacity up to 450, however for most missions you'll be focusing on Inertial Stabilizers for a faster time to warp. If you're rigging a ship for Distribution, then 3 x Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer will be your biggest asset helping with crossing systems, leaving align time speed to low slots.
* isis minmatarProbe: Base capacity: 400m3, Base Time to Warp: 5.57s, Base Warp Speed: 5AU/s

In your high and medium slots, fit whatever tank is appropriate for your skills. Your goal is to avoid conflict.

Level 3 and 4
As the capacity can range up to 8, you will need to move up from a frigate to an Industrial ship.

As with lower levels, the goal is to move enough, as fast as you can.

With minimal skills and investment, your best options are Fast Industrials.

* isis amarrSigil: Base capacity: 2100m3, Base Time to Warp: 5.65s, Base Warp Speed: 5AU/s
* isis caldariBadger: Base capacity: 3900m3, Base Time to Warp: 5.69s, Base Warp Speed: 5AU/s
* isis gallenteNereus: Base capacity: 2900m3, Base Time to Warp: 5.79s, Base Warp Speed: 5AU/s
* isis minmatarWreathe: Base capacity: 2700m3, Base Time to Warp: 5.57s, Base Warp Speed: 5AU/s

You will need to invest in enough Expanded Cargohold modules to bring your capacity up to 450m3.

The Magnate has the most low slots, allowing you to use more Inertial Stabilizers to speed up time to warp, however any of the 4 will easily accomplish level 1 and 2 missions with ease.

For Level 2 and Level 3 missions, you will need to move up from a frigate to an Industrial ship. As with lower levels, the goal is to move enough, as fast as you can.
