Summary
The Condor is the Caldari fast frigate, and is the first frigate Caldari pilots will get after the Ibis. When fit with missiles and rails the Condor can be a decent kiter, making it not a bad ship for PvE, but it only has 2 launcher slots and a turret slot, making it a bit lacking in firepower. The Condor has only 2 mid slots, which hinders it for tackling in pvp, and it has a weak tank. Essentially, the Condor is a cheap ship and you get what you pay for. For PvE new Caldari pilots should try to upgrade to a Kestrel when they can afford one due to its superior firepower and tank. For PvP the Kestrel is better for damage dealing and the Merlin is a better bet for tackling.
