General Notes
This Epic arc takes you into null security (0.0) space. This means that you will have to deal with bubbles and potentially bombs and should make sure you are familiar with how to avoid bubbles that are placed to trap people on gates. You will also need to be constantly spamming d-scan to check for people who are getting close to finding you so they can kill you.
Even if you are using an interceptor you should plan for how you will deal with losing your ship and pod, possibly multiple times. If you don't want to risk or can't fly T2 frigates the arc is easily completable in a cheaply fit destroyer with an empty clone.
Below are two fits that are known to work for completing the arc. The maulus fit will be very slow at completing certain missions, but is easier to avoid gatecamps in.
Completion rewards
Completing the arc will reward you with a Domination Target Painter, a 1-run Cynabal BPC (ME 15%, TE 6%), and a base (before social skills) 30% boost to your angel cartel faction standing. There is a minor (approx -2.5%) hit to your Minmatar republic faction standing as well.

Mission Guide
Almost all missions in this arc can be accepted and completed remotely. Doing so can substantially reduce the amount of travel theat you have to complete, which is the riskiest part of the arc.
Unlike the non-pirate epic arcs you have a choice of three different agents to start out on the arc. The choice makes no difference in the progression of the arc, choose whichever one you have the appropriate standings with.

Enjoying your rewards
Firstly if you want to sell the CONCORD emblem do it before you pack up and leave, you'll get 10 million ISK at any Angel or Serpentis station. The final task of the epic arc is to safely transport your loot out of null security space to where you want it to either use or sell. If you don't feel sufficiently confident in your ability to evade gatecamps you can either try and find a suitable wormhole or setup a courier contract.
