Aggro on warp-in. Waves 1 to 7 are triggered by random kills in the initial frigates. Wave 8 and 9 trigger on random kills among first 7 waves. Wave 10 spawns at 50% shield on the Sansha Outpost. Each neutralizer hits for 40gj/s.
