FC Team

The Fleet Command Team is part of the Alliance Services Directorate within Eve University and is headed up by the FC Team Manager. See EVE University Management for details of the other Directorates.

EVE University's Fleet Command Teams main aim is to help train and develop the next generation of Fleet Commanders. This is primarily done through participating in Fleets with experienced FCs (Senior FCs) in a leadership role, combined with ongoing discussion and reflection.

The Senior FCs within the FC Team also have responsibility for the planning and execution EVE University strategic operations.
