Excellent. Now, first off, I must stress that this is all strictly confidential. If any word of this matter were to get out, it could tarnish our appearance in the public eye, not to mention damage Federation morale. It looks as if one of our public confidence operatives has turned. What's a public confidence operative? A person whose job it is to spread good news and make sure the general public doesn't lose faith in the government. Yes, I guess you could call it "propaganda management"… but hell, what's a government without propaganda? Anyway, it seems those fascists in the Caldari State have managed to turn the guy, and he's heading for enemy space with a computer full of our public confidence procedures. He's met up with some Caldari warships, and they're escorting him to the frontier. We need to stop them, destroy that ship, and get back the computer with the... public confidence procedures.
