You should bring a fast hauling ship with at least 1200 m3 cargo bay. Either a magnate with all rig and low slots filled with cargo expanders or a proper hauler ship. You should also bring a instawarping (sub 2s align time) frigate for low sec hauling missions. The instawarping frigate will also be good for low volume high sec hauling.

The combat complexes and missions have various size limitations. Assault frigate or T3D are perhaps the best ships to bring. Alternatively bring T1 combat frigate, T1 combat cruiser and T1 combat battlecruiser. (A battleship could be good if the L4 agents offer hard combat missions but I haven't ran them yet).

I am Avrue Auz, agent of Beizan Picholen. I came to Chandeille (Lirsautton V) eight years ago, during the height of the Picholen-Auboure family feud. Deni Picholen hired me as Beizan's secretary and financial manager. The Picholen family is quite wealthy, having long owned a number of franchises connected with Kaalakiota and their wares.

Anyway, the feud was quite draining on the Picholens, especially their wallet. But the biggest disaster the family had ever faced came only a few years ago. It was a dreadfully cold afternoon during the height of the Chabash winter on Chandeille when I received the news that a Picholen industrial had been caught by planetary security forces, trying to smuggle a troop of slaves and illegal combat boosters into Namin City. Speculation had it that the slaves were to be used as cheap manpower in a secret military operation directed against Auboure, named after its ancient ruling family.

To me, this siezure of assets was bad enough, but to make matters far worse, my employer, Beizan, was directly implicated in the deal, for the industrial smuggling the contraband had been rented in his name. It was a debacle. Kaalakiota canceled their multi-million ISK deal with Picholen, and the Governor of Chandeille placed a huge fine on the family that has basically crippled its financial status. In other words, the Picholens lost everything other than their name and sovereignty over Namin City. Most of their lands were confiscated, as well as their overseas bank accounts. I'm a bit surprised you haven't heard this story, in fact; it was all over the Federation media at the time.

The results of the autopsy scan show that Eilard was killed by a blaster at close range, most likely by the Serpentis goons who were waiting for you when you arrived. However, I did find an interesting bit of data in his ComPlant. The Serpentis probably hadn't gotten to extracting it when you showed up, so I was able to recover his datajournal entries.

Most of the information was useless (if mildly entertaining...), but one very recent bit of mem-script reads, "Meet Govarde at 1800h." Now, I might be reaching a little here, but perhaps this "Govarde" was one of the Serpentis you killed earlier? Maybe he was the person Eilard was due to meet? Certainly a difficult theory to prove, but I have an idea.

The records are off limits to non-Navy personnel, for they contain extensive data on the Serpentis, but I have a contact working there who should be able to do the research for me. The data you retrieved revealed that this Govarde is indeed a member of the Serpentis organization and is wanted by CONCORD for a number of offenses. He was last seen in Lirsautton, which would explain his meeting here with Eilard. Now we can only hope that he wasn't one of the Serpentis you killed during your retrieval of Eilard's corpse, but I think we can assume Govarde is alive until we receive evidence to prove otherwise: The Navy database has no record of his death.

I have a bookmark that should lead you to a luxury resort in Lirsautton that has been under investigation for quite some time as a secret drug-manufacturing op. Not yet proven, of course, but the interesting part is that Govarde has been sighted there frequently by civilians staying at the resort. Gallente COSMOS is a collection of PVE content located in Algintal constellation in Sinq Laison and in Assilot constellation in Cloud Ring. This includes COSMOS mission agents, COSMOS combat sites and unique rats on belts.

High security Gallente COSMOS

The high security COSMOS in Algintal is relatively safe for all players. Close proximity to Dodixie allows easy item buying.

The Algintal constellation is a natural beauty spot. Sporting several spectacular natural phenomena of breath-taking splendor, it was once one of the main tourist attractions in the Federation. But being situated on the border of the Federation and Republic has made Algintal a prime location for smugglers, which have entrenched themselves in many of the resorts, driving the tourists out. To top it all of the Caldari mega-corporation Wiyrkomi bought the mining rights in the constellation and massive construction plans are underway. The environmentally minded Gallenteans are not about to let some foreign capitalists corrupt and damage their precious nature and are flocking to the constellation to oppose Wiyrkomi anyway they know how.

Ship suggestions

COSMOS agents often offer wide variety of mission types: Mining, encounter, courier and trade.

You should bring a fast hauling ship with at least 1200 m3 cargo bay. Either a magnate with all rig and low slots filled with cargo expanders or a proper hauler ship. You should also bring a instawarping (sub 2s align time) frigate for low sec hauling missions. The instawarping frigate will also be good for low volume high sec hauling.

The combat complexes and missions have various size limitations. Assault frigate or T3D are perhaps the best ships to bring. Alternatively bring T1 combat frigate, T1 combat cruiser and T1 combat battlecruiser. (A battleship could be good if the L4 agents offer hard combat missions but I haven't ran them yet).

There is also one mining agent. You can either buy the ores and haul with hauler or use a venture and mine the ores yourself.

Agents

This list contains all agents in Gallente COSMOS and agents in other system directly connected to Gallente COSMOS. These agents offer one or more missions that can be ran only once. Failing the mission or letting it to expire will prevent you from ever doing that mission or any mission that is in the same chain. Do not even talk to the agent unless you are going to run the mission, as soon as you talk to the agent you get a mission offer that expires in seven days.

The COSMOS demand the player to have high enough faction standing to gain the missions. Corp standing can not be used instead of faction standing. Additionally COSMOS missions require higher standing than normal missions. 2.00 for L2, 4.00 for L3 and 6.00 for L4 (normally 1.00 for L2, 3.00 for L3 and 5,00 for L4).

Null security Gallente COSMOS

The null security part of Gallente COSMOS is located in Assilot constellation in Cloud Ring. It is not only deep in nul security space but also in player owned part of null. As with other null security COSMOS constellations there is not much information available.
