| Pith Penal Complexes are run by the retired Amarr captain Dewak Humfry, a fiercely disciplined tactician often referred to as 'Screaming' Dewak by his prisoners. After his service in the Imperial Navy Dewak decided to go into the prison business in the private sector, and business is clearly booming.
