Developer: Viziam

Blockade runner transports are the fastest type of industrial available. Utilizing sturdy but lightweight construction materials and sacrificing some cargo space, these haulers are able to reach speeds greater than those of a cruiser while withstanding heavy fire - factors which make them ideal for zipping through dangerous territories with valuable cargo.

what's this?
Base Time to Warp is essentially the time needed for this ship to align and accelerate until it reaches 75% of its top speed and goes to warp. The time displayed here is the base calculated time with no account for any warp related skills, modules or any other effects.

Summary

The Prorator is a preferred blockade runner by many because it can carry 10,000 m^3 without requiring expensive T2 rigs. This is enough to carry T3 cruiser, logistics, and other expensive hulls through low/null-sec with less risk.

NOTES
  • This fitting can hold a bit more than 10,000 m3 of cargo. This allows you to transport packaged cruiser hulls in relative safety. However, it suffers in agility with an align time of about 9 s before boost, so it's not recommended for traveling through low or null sec unless the cargo room is absolutely required.
  • The shield extender will make it harder to one-shot kill you as you align. However, it is still easy to do so.

NOTES
  • A variation on the high sec BR above, with lower catgo capacity, but significantly lower align time and one warp core stabilizer
  • Align time is about 6 s before boost
  • Hold a bit over 5200 m3, so you CANNOT fit a cruiser size hull with this fit (you can with the high sec fit)
  • If you run into a situation where you're targeted by hostiles, start your MWD, then cloak the ship and align to a random direction. By the time the MWD shut-off you'll be 10 - 12 km from your initial position.
