Locating & Difficulty

  • This is a low security ladar site found through exploration.

First pocket

400px

Upon initiating warp to this site a pop up appears and reads: "Masking the existence of this facility by placing it within a large space wreck the Serpentis have successfully managed to establish a small chemical laboratory close to the gas cloud harvest they seek. Such facilities are used to refine and improve upon their booster formulas and are well protected."

Loot: (What it dropped for me)

  • Total: 28.3M
  • Bounties 3.5M
  • Loot Did not loot
  • Salvage Did not salvage
  • Cans: 24.8M (see specifics at bottom)

Faction: Serpentis

Mission Type: Exploration - Ladar Fight/ Hacking Site

Space Type: Normal? (No warp in gate)

Damage Dealt: Thermal/ Kinetic ?

Web/ Scramble: None Noted

Extras: None Noted

Recommended Damage Dealing: Kinetic

Recommended Ships: Drake

Notes: New spawns can target your drones. Possible new spawns when successfully opening cans.

Pocket 1 (Only one pocket)

4 Serpentis Chemical Laboratory (cans) (needs hacking to open)

5 Serpentis Heavy Missile Battery

7 Serpentis Cruise Missile Battery

4 Cruiser (Corelum Guardian Chief Infantry)

3 Battle Cruiser (Corelatis Squad Leader)

Reinforcement Wave (Once the above are destroyed)

3 Cruiser (Corelum Guardian Chief Infantry)

3 Battle Cruiser (Corelatis Platoon Leader)

Spawn (When I successfully opened one of the cans)

3 Frigate (Coreli Guard)

The damage at first can be considerable. The missile launchers can be destroyed rapidly, and once they are destroyed the damage output drops substantially. Destroyed Missile Batteries may drop Ammo. From the 4 cans: 2 Gas Cloud Harvester I (792k), Synth Exile Booster Reaction (2M), Hardwiring - Eifyr and Co 'Alchemist' XA-1 (255K), Skill Book - Gas Cloud Harvesting (21M). Of course loot will vary and as illustrated, the one skill book drop contributed almost 75% of the total loot.

Cans (On a different occassion): Synth Exile Booster Reaction (2M), 2 Hardwiring - Eifyr and Co 'Alchemist' YA-1 (1M ea)
