Add mention of the C.R.A.P program

I think it would be useful to have a quick note that the Container Redistribution And Packaging (C.R.A.P) program exists in HSC similar to the mention in AMC's page. It could go something like: We provide Station Containers to help you organize your hangars. Just ask a Hangar Officer or drop a message in the #hsc-ping Discord channel with the required amount. See program's forum post for more details. It could be placed in its own individual section (called "C.R.A.P. Program" or "Free Station Containers", for example), under the Corporation Hangars section, or the Other helpful resources section. --- Grawd (talk) 16:22, 18 November 2021 (UTC)
