The Agency allows capsuleers to search PVE content within EVE's core gameplay systems. It was introduced in October 2017 as part of the Lifeblood expansion, as a replacement for the Agent Finder. All PVE content can be searched for in the Agency UI. content considered "non versus" such as Industry and Planetary Interaction are still located in their respective interfaces.

New capsuleers are introduced to The Agency during the tutorial. Once docked at a station for the first time, the AI will provide instructions on how to open and use the user interface and guide the user in usage of the Agency through participation of The Seeker Investigation.

Content

Content included in the Agency are as follows:

Filtering

The agency includes an array of filters, allowing the capsuleer to focus on specific content or nearby activities. Two top level filters are Range, to select system, 2, 5,10 or any distance from your current location, and Content Type, breaking into Suggested, Combat, Mining or Specify which breaks down even further. Any current ongoing events will be shown in the Suggested filter.

Interaction

Once you have filtered out the content you wish to do (assuming filtering took place), events will be displayed as a card on the left window in the UI. Clicking on one of the cards will pull up information about the event as well as the location in the right panel. The more detailed panel will provide relevant information regarding participation. The panel will display the type of content, how to participate (if there are any ship restrictions), the corresponding standings requirements and progression, and navigational information.

Sine cards will have extra information such as Potential Asteroid Presence, which will show which asteroids can be found within the belts in the system, hostiles that may appear in the sites and modules required for the event if applicable.
