Since summer 2014 no skill at all are required to fit and fly a rigged industrial, rigging skills are no longer a requirement (although still described as such), they are only useful to lessen their drawbacks. See:

So IMHO I think that an Alt Hauler no longer need any training at all. (since flying a cargo rigged industrial mean that you don't care of tanking, therefore you don't care of an armor drawback) --Coeur depierre (talk) 02:49, 31 May 2016 (CDT)
