* This is different to the[[How to Properly Form a Fleet]] page. This is a checklist for use by an FC. How to form a fleet is more like a set of detailed instructions. Checlist- make sure you didn't forget to do something important (that you already know how to do); instructions - guide to doing something you don't already know how to do. Think of a pre-flight checklist on a plane.
