Unallocated SP counting towards 5M passive training limit
Clone states#Alpha skill point accumulation
This seems to have changed at some point. I couldn't find what patch this happened in, but changed the text of the wiki based on the report by Ekeyy (Discord: xirinv) that they could continue training despite their unallocated SP.
