Rogue Cloning Facility is a starter location that new players may also end up in. Instead of Seeker rats attacking, pirate faction rats are attacking.
Site
The facility has two moderately sized groups of weak rats categorized as "Minor Threat". They have very short aggro range and are very weak. They only drop Civilian items which are almost completely useless except in tutorial missions.
