The agent will beg you to not kill them. Give him one hidden data sheet (located in a container near the agent) and he will give you the Important Surveillance Data needed in Aviekko Ta's mission.
You can now either return to Aviekko Ta, or you can ask Kikko Roisen for a mission "The Hapless Thief (2 of 2)".
