Ivy League Industrial Assets Division [-IAD] was a corporation within the Ivy League alliance but distinct from EVE University that provided several services to University students through the Logistics Division. ILIAD was created to replace the Ivy League Research and Development [IL-RD] corporation as of 23-September-2013 due to a CEO asset access issue with that corporation. This corporation was removed from the Ivy League alliance on 15-March-2017.
