I just tested this. My alt bought 20 Angel Silver Tags and handed them in to Frera Elgas, Republic Security Services at the Republic Data Center in Emolgranlan. My alt was, thereafter, NOT able to get the mission again. Afaik datacenter missions are not repeatable. Also if you do all 9 tutorial chains (3 chains in 3 tutorial systems) you gain about 10% faction standing.
