Buddy Program

I changed the top section of this page to reflect the Terms and Conditions set forth by CCP. It has come to my attention that CCP has previously endorsed using the buddy program as a viable means to create a second account. I have an open ticket with CCP to get clarification on their current stance on this issue. I will update this page with the current information as soon as I receive a reply.
