Unallocated SP counting towards 5M passive training limit

This seems to have changed at some point. I couldn't find what patch this happened in, but changed the text of the wiki based on the report by Ekeyy (Discord: xirinv) that they could continue training despite their unallocated SP.

- Seems like this was all wrong, unallocated SP is included in total SP so Ekeyy had not reached the 5M limit. Reverted the change to the wiki article
