O'b Haru sen: I deleted most of the old recommendations as they were obsolete and very personal with respect to specific dual-boxing tactics. Hope this is ok. Page should be up to date now (March 2017) except for the sec status thing, which I am not 100% sure about. I think this page should be renamed "Clone Soldier Hunting" though, because that is what is is (and has been) about. The "Security tags" page already discusses the tags themselves anyway.

Cliverunner - Correction Needed? In Gallanet space (Placid Region in specific) I have collected 20 Negotiator clones in my 0.1 ratting system, and have not yet seen a transporter. Is it possible that they frequency changes based on Region, or is the article wrong and Negotiator and Transporters are switched?
