This colony uses an Advanced Command Center for the production of Coolant on a low security Storm planet. The layout uses both storage facilities in an effort to keep the long link cost to a minimum. The Command Center and Launch Pad are placed as close to the extraction site as possible. The final links from extractors into the Command Center and Launch Pad must be upgraded to handle the load under a 30 minute or 5 hour extraction cycle. Ionic Solution feeds into the Command Center where it is routed into the closely link Basic Industrial Facilities. The output from those BIFs are routed to the Launch Pad. From the Launch Pad, the water and electrolytes are routed into the Advanced Industrial Facilities. Under a 23 hour cycle, this colony can steadily produce 230 units of coolant per day with an excess of water and electrolytes. | |||
