Hi, just wondering, is this current as of 2019? I could have sworn that I got free frigate and gunnery skills (to something like level 3) in circa 2017 when I started an alpha, but they're not listed here so it seems to check out. With the NPE update in late 2018 I was expecting some numbers to change and I saw nothing in the history log.
