We were informed by a random that the spawns/waves are incorrect on this page.

Before hacking and slashing, beware that there may be two versions of the site, or the spawns may vary considerably. I might run the next one I see with the intent of checking/updating -- Arrek lemmont (talk) 06:00, 23 April 2019 (CDT)

Thank you for putting this information in such a useful place where the average person reading this wiki will see it. (That was sarcasm)

I am very annoyed right now... There should be a warning on the wiki page that there are two versions of the site, one which is significantly more difficult than the one already listed! The more difficult one includes enemy ships which have tackle to prevent the player from warping out.

Details on the more difficult version(s)

As far as I can tell, there are two versions of this site.

This is what the more difficult version looks like. Attacking the one visible ship, an Elite Drone Parasite, causes about two waves of enemies to spawn in simultaneously. I believe it is only on this more difficult version of the site that enemies have warp scramblers and/or disruptors, making it difficult to impossible for some unsuspecting capsuleers to get out alive.

Some ships which are able to complete the easier version of Drone Patrol in around an hour are obliterated by this more difficult version of the site. If unsure about whether they can handle a more difficult site, such as a Class 10, capsuleers should not attack the Elite Drone Parasite.
