Needs edit for discussion of standings on brokerage fees

This page needs an update on the Standing and Derived Standing. I have try it out now.
This Standing Calculation is only for Faction Standing. The Calculation for Corporation and Agent Standing does not work with this formula.
You also should state that Epic Arcs are here complete Diffrent. They give fix Standing changes which are also not calculated by the formula you mention here.
SOE 8,75% With lvl 5 skill
Guristas 37,5% with lvl 5 Skill
Emprie Faction Epic Arc 12.5 % with lvl 5 Skill
It was not clear how this stuff works until I test it. I think it is worth to update it.
