There are millions of minmatars living in the Joas constellation which are not ethnically Nefantar, and many of them are still loyal to the Republic. Even some of the Nefantar living in the area are sympathetic to our cause. Hence there is a strong resistance movement there, which in fact started long before the Rebellion. The strength of the resistance has varied greatly through the years, but the Audesder incident has refueled unrest in the region. And this may be a key factor in our campaign to hold Audesder. What I'd like you to do is transfer a large arms cache to my contact in <System>. This contact of mine is an agent of the Joas resistance, he will see to it that the arms cache gets to the right hands. Try to avoid any contact with the Ammatar or their allies, if they find out what you're up to then you'll have one hell of a fight on your hands. Good luck.
