+: Are you sure the frigate (Guristas Kyoukan/Webifier), the trigger, wasn't accidentally destroyed before the Ion Field Projection Battery and Moon Harvester where destroyed?
+: The info is imported from EVE Survival in October 2017. So it is possible that the mission is changed. Only way to be sure is to check when/if the mission is offered again.
