The Kronos has enough midslots that shield tanking it is not as painful as it is for the Paladin. You should use the armour fit, but this fit is acceptable.
You should armor tank your Kronos. This fit is posted for one person (you know who you are). It works well enough, but is a bit more marginal than the Vargur.
