Many Mercenary NPCs were present on site (5 Cruiser + 3 Frigates). No initial aggro. After some time 3 Cruisers departed. I was able to mine the Green Arisite from a distanse without being attacked, using a Corvette (Civilian Miner), considered a combat ship (not a Venture). I did the right approach - NPCs aggro on proximity, about 15 km.</ref>.
