Combined with its rarity and high price, it should come as no surprise that the Enforcer is rarely used in its intended role as a cyno ship; however, due to its lower skill requirements (only racial cruisers to I) it is stil occasionally used when other tankier ships are not available.

As such, it deserves a full [[tech 2]] [[tank]], and all the skills necessary to field the tech two variant of your chosen weapon type. {{Sk|Cloaking|IV}} is also absolutely necessary to utilize the covert ops cloaking device. {{Sk|Cynosural Field Theory|V}} is necessary to field the Covert cynosural field generator.
