That would automatically use the "new" image in all places where it is used without the need to go and edit those articles. Now, I do have noticed you used {{T|Expansion past}} to keep the old image version on the article, which would make it necessary to also keep the old version. This is unusual to be done. Expansion past is mainly intended to keep old game mechanics (mainly for support of returning players) and not for visual stuff.

::I considered uploading a new version of the file, but I think there is value in keeping some record of past visuals, particularly visuals that directly relate to mechanics. (1) I think there is much to be said about keeping an easily available historical record of the game, this is not an unusual aspect of game wikis and something I feel this wiki could do better. (2) A record of changing mechanics is important, the visuals denoting these mechanics are important for the same reason.

::If I play the game during active Damage Control Unit suitcase era and come back to the game to passive Damage Control medipack era, connecting the visual change to the mechanical change matters. If a guide included a video or screenshot of the game in the past showing an icon that is no longer used by the game but representing a mechanic that is still in the game, the wiki hinting this would be a useful thing.
