This mission seems pretty alright for the first four parts, until the fifth part that will make you destroy the Drone Control Tower which will decrease your standings with other factions like Gallente Federation by a massive -2.621 (in my case)

So AVOID THIS KIND OF MISSION!

It seems that one of our production outposts has been out of contact for a couple of days now — and it happens to be the same outpost that sent me that garbled report I was reading last time you were here. Something about strange occurrences in the production line. I'm not sure what the problem might be, exactly, but I do have a hunch. Would you please go check it out for us? And if you encounter anything out of the ordinary — anything hostile, that is — deal with it for us?

Objective	Mine and refine Scordite; use refined materials and blueprint to make Basic Robotics

Mission briefing
Not directly, but I'll admit that I'm not too keen on powering up those robots you picked up for me earlier. In fact, I'd much rather have you build me some new ones. That's why I gave you that Basic Robotics blueprint. So, how about it? I have the location of some Scordite 'roids; feel like doing a bit of mining? Go get the Scordite for the materials for the robotics, then construct some new, safe robots for me.

Mine Scordite at location given (YOU MUST MINE the ORE here) - this flags it complete, but you still need to build the item 2x Asteroids - 1,000 units (150 m3)
3x Structures - no drops
Construct the Basic Robotics (I had to go 4 jumps to find a station I could build at) Job takes about a little over 6 minuets.

If you get this mission early in your career this might help:

Mine the Scordite.
Find a station having the Science & Industry service. (Right-click stations in the overview list > Show info > Services tab).
Bring the Scordite and the blueprint to that station and unload it into the hangar.
Right-click the Scordite and have it refined. (In the unlikely event that the station doesn't have a refinery you'll have to go to one to have Scordite refined.)
Open Science & Industry. From the available installations select the one on the station you are on.
Select a vacant assembly line.
Click "Install job". Select the blueprint. Click Ok. Click Accept Quote.
Select to Jobs tag > Get jobs. There you see that the job is in progress. Wait for it to finish. Click the job to see at which time it will be finished. When the job is ready click Deliver. It is now available in the hangar.
Pick up your stuff and return to the mission giver.
