→Deployment: updated with my experiences of anchoring and onlining a Metenox which is distinctly different from other upwells |
Xobekk Gao (talk | contribs) Checked in game by anchoring one in Z3V-1W - NPC space was unspecified as there is no sov hub so it remains consistent with non-Sov space |

As part of the industrial build of the Metenox it will require a [https://everef.net/types/81920 Integrated Moon Drill Armature] which functions as its [[Quantum_Cores|Core]] (though it does not provide docking or tethering) and is a guaranteed 100% drop just like a core. Unlike other upwells there is no 'adding' this item as a core post anchoring. | As part of the industrial build of the Metenox it will require a [https://everef.net/types/81920 Integrated Moon Drill Armature] which functions as its [[Quantum_Cores|Core]] (though it does not provide docking or tethering) and is a guaranteed 100% drop just like a core. The anchoring process takes 45 minutes, unless in Sov Null where you do not own the Sov Hub and then it is increased to 4.5 hours to anchor. After the end of the anchoring process, using a hauling ship fuel blocks and magmatic gas can be transferred to the Metenox cargo deposit which automatically transfers it to the fuel bay. A pilot in their capsule can 'board' the Metenox and open the fitting window, and at the bottom is the integrated service module which is offlined by default, onlining the module will begin to consume the fuel and take the Metenox out of its low power state after a few minutes. | The anchoring process takes 45 minutes, unless in Sov Null where you do not own the Sov Hub and then it is increased to 4.5 hours to anchor (NPC Null however remains 45 minutes).
