I did a pretty thorough proofread (as had been requested). I also rearranged material to provide what I think is a more logical flow and to remove repetition. I am not experienced enough to address the content, and it's not my place to tell Uni teachers what to teach, so I have in all other respects left the content unchanged, except that I removed the Certification section, which was outdated since ILN procedures and roles are currently under review.

I have a few comments on the content that I think someone who is qualified should address:

Since familiarity with the Rookie's Guide to Fleet Ops is required reading, I think this should be required, not recommended. Ditto with fleet terminology.

The Mumble section seems confused and, I think, incorrect or out of date.

I think a SC should know ship types and roles. I really don't want to hear my SC ask whether a Rifter is a HAC or a battlecruiser.  :) I think this should go in recommendations.

I'd like to see Silentbrick's three H's fleshed out. This would be a great place, in my view, for teachers to present some examples from their own experience.
