Role: The ILN Officer is any pilot in the University who has decided to dedicate themeselves in defending the ILN and the University, and has passed the [[Joining the ILN|Officer Advancement Process]]. An ILN Officer is responsible for providing a continual flow of information, training, and practical fleet experience to their fellow ILN Officers, as well as the University. To accomlish that, ILN Officers are required to serve as either a Squad Commander, Wing Commander, Fleet Commander or Scout a minimum of three times per month. An ILN Officer may also choose to instruct fellow ILN Officers and University members in a PVP-focused class or training session a minimum of three times per month. ILN Officers are not only permitted, but encouraged, to have provide any combination of fleet and class training, provided they meet the minimum standards. There is no maximum limit to how often an ILN Officer gives back to their community.
