**When a fleet engages heavily tanked battlecruisers and Battleships, stealth bombers will often top the damage board. Bombers offer significant damage dealing to larger class ships, and can be a nice compliment a fleet in these situations. The tactics here are much like any other DD ship. Warp to the target at your optimal, decloak once the fleet engages, and go to town. If you get yellow boxed, get out as SBs typically should not be fit with much tank. Another plus of having one or two bombers in fleet is that they can provide a location for a punt to the targets. Bombers have the ability to sneak up on a target that may be sitting at their optimals at a gate or at a tacical. Once within a designated range (based on fleet comp) the fleet (or tackle) can jump, warp to the bomber, and get a drop on the target. | |||
