-Scanning Goal:  Find Highsec wormholes into the Solitude Pocket.  The goal is considered to be achieveved at the level indicated when the the following conditions are met:
-Basic:  All 17 HighSec systems in the Solitude Pocket are scanned once per day
-Intermediate: All 17 HighSec systems in the Solitude Pocket are scanned every 12 hours (twice a day)
-Advanced: All 17 HighSec systems in the Solitude Pocket are scanned every 8 hours (three times a day)
