Executioner: Difference between revisions

Met the new and improved Executioner: three mid slots and cap cost reduction on scrams, points and webs. Since it was the fastest of the Amarr frigates to begin with, the Executioner is now a prime fast tackle for Amarr pilots. Be careful how you tank it, though: it can't match the armor tanking capabilities of the [[Tormentor]] or [[Punisher]], so you're much safer fitting for speed than bulk.
